purchasing a "share" of the pig, thereby owning it so you can have it cured and
smoked however you like. A payment is required to secure your share of the pig
(government restrictions making life harder on small farms like ours)

You can come to the farm to pick up meat with an appointment since our
farm is also our home. Call or text my cell phone at 315-487-4336 for an
appointment and yes please leave a message if I don't answer (I get a lot of
solicitation calls so frequently I ignore the phone when it rings) and I will
get right back to you. This is a very small working farm and we don't have a
"store" with regular hours but have most items available to purchase on
hand. It's also good to call ahead and make sure we have on hand what it is
you are looking for!
Occasionally some items are "on sale" at the Farmer's Market, but not noted
here. You will be charged the sale price for these things when you pick up at
the farm, whether or not you planned on it!

Whole or half pigs --- $4.79/lb hanging weight.
Butcher costs are included in above prices and cover the cut, wrap and freeze
for whole pigs & half pigs.
Seasoned sausage is 65 cents/ lb extra for the amount of sausage made only.
CURING and SMOKING IS EXTRA for the weight of the meat you have smoked.
Conventional curing and smoking is 75 to 95 cents per lb extra depending on which
type of cure you want, and $1.44 per lb extra if you want the no-nitrate cure..
Consider using your pork "fresh" instead and/or doing your own cure and smoke
at home with a little smoker or grill. It's not hard and leaves you plenty of choice.
