We now have many different soaps and candles made from our farms' own
lard, tallow, chicken fat, duck fat, eggs, honey, and bees wax
with added organic ingredients like
sunflower, olive, coconut, hemp and essential oils, oats, aloe and coffee.

Even the candle wick is organic and burns in excess of 50 hours so far.

Soaps are $1 per oz and vary in size and ingredients for your pleasure.

Candles are $10 each, in different scents like lavender and cinnamon and a
citronella one too, and come in a self contained jar with lid.

prepared with our certified organic pork. Because the natural spices used by our butcher are not
certified (they are salt, pepper, sage, fennel, red pepper) it can not be labeled "certified organic".
Ham and bacon are cured at a "custom butcher" shop and cannot be certified because the rules
require all work be done at a USDA inspected facility to be certified. Our pork and beef is
prepared at a USDA inspected facility and our livestock is certified organic, but once the bacon
and ham leaves the USDA inspected facility to go to the custom facility for curing and smoking
(with Redmond REALsalt, organic sugar, and local natural honey), it loses it's USDA inspection
status and so can no longer be called "certified organic".

We offer a small discount on most items when you come to the farm   
to pick up your meat with an appointment, and an appointment is
always needed anyways since our farm is also our home. Call my cell
phone at 315-487-4336 for an appointment and yes please leave a
message if I don't answer (and I don't if I don't recognize the number
calling or have my hands into something up to my elbows) and I will
get right back to you. This is a very small working farm and we don't
have a "store" with regular  hours although we have converted our
milkhouse to act as a store of sorts, so an appointment is necessary
to ensure there is someone available to attend to you.

Butcher costs are included in above prices and cover the cut, wrap and freeze for
whole & halves and preparing roaster pigs.
SMOKING IS EXTRA for only the weight of the meat you have smoked.
Conventional curing and smoking, (not recommended) is +75 per lb.
No Nitrate curing and smoking is +$1.95 per lb.
Consider using your pork "fresh" instead and/or doing your own cure and smoke
at home with a little smoker or grill. It's not hard and leaves you plenty of choice.
