This is my application to purchase a share in one
of Happy Hooves' fine meat animals.
Because of the nature of small scale natural farming
there is no guarantee that meat will be ready for me at
any specific time but an approximate date only.
I will pick up or receive delivery of my meat as soon as it
is ready and will pay the entire balance due to the farmer
BEFORE picking it up. The balance due to the farmer is
dependant upon the hanging weight of the meat (not so for
poultry, that is packaged weight dependant) and includes
the normal butchers fees for cutting and wrapping.
Additional fees for butcher costs, such as "No-Nitrate
curing and smoking, sausage making or other value added
costs, will be paid by me. See our "PORK" page for details.
